Kathleen Welch
Program Director
Background
Kathleen joined Galois in 2025 as a Program Director. She brings experience in program management, systems engineering, business development, and functional leadership, with a passion for people and delivering value to customers. Prior to joining Galois, Kathleen held several roles in Northrop Grumman and SAIC after serving in the U.S. Air Force on active duty early in her career. She holds an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Philosophy of Human Values and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys the outdoors, creating custom cocktails, and spending time with her family.
