Principal Researcher
Jérôme Hugues is a Principal Researcher at Galois, Inc, where he focuses on the design of software-intensive, real-time, and embedded systems and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) approaches. His research interests revolve around automation to deliver cyber-physical systems (CPS) faster with confidence.
An active contributor to international systems engineering standards, Jérôme serves as a member of the OMG SysMLv2 WG and SAE AS2-C committees. He holds a Habilitation from INP Toulouse, both a PhD and an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech, and an MS in computer science from UPMC.
Before joining Galois, Jérôme was a Principal with the CMU Software Engineering Institute for seven years, and a full professor of Computer Science at ISAE-Supaero in Toulouse France, where he taught curriculum on systems engineering, safety-critical systems, and real-time systems.
