Jason Schuette

Offer Building Lead

Background

Jason joined Galois in February 2026. He is a retired Marine who started his career as an electronic warfare (EW) specialist flying the EA-6B, but spent his last six years leading a team tasked with transforming EW from platform-centric to a highly distributed networked system of systems approach. In doing so, he gained a wealth of technology transition experience working directly with engineers and operators to ensure solutions were mission-ready and could support or inform modifications of existing doctrine. After retiring in 2014, Jason applied that experience in DARPA, working with Program Managers to help strategize and coordinate the transition of cutting-edge Command and Control (C2) technology.

Jason has a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master's degree in organizational behavior. His interests are related to researching and resolving the tension between new capabilities and operational adoption for successful mission outcomes. On a lighter note, he is slowly becoming a soccer (football) fan and enjoys swimming, biking, and (less so) running.
